Our Approach to Client Engagement

We engage with company boards and investors to ensure they have confidence in their CEOs as effective leaders-in-a-crisis to secure business continuity.

Mayday CEOs work on an interim basis and are fully immersed into the client organisation. Unlike recruitment agencies, Mayday CEO continues to provide support and guidance to both the immersed CEO and the client organisation’s board, to ensure business expectations are met throughout the assignment period. 

Our key point of difference is the calibre and commitment of our CEOs. We recruit Mayday CEOs via a regimented vetting process. We focus only on the CEO position as this is the most critical role for leadership in a crisis. 

Our strategic legacy is not only to ensure our business mission has been achieved whilst engaged, but to ensure our client organisation is more resilient and more prepared than before our engagement. We do this by ensuring we work with local talent and build stronger processes and practices (aligned to international standards) during the engagement period.
